Free Medical Camp – Ahata Malho, Near Jamia Masjid Al Sadiq, Taxila

Hope Care Welfare Foundation (HCWF) successfully organized a Free Medical Camp at Ahata Malho, near Jamia Masjid Al Sadiq, Taxila, continuing its mission to provide accessible and essential healthcare services to underserved and deserving communities.

The medical camp was organized on the request of Mr. Muhammad Hanif S/o Ghulam Mustafa and was arranged and coordinated by Mr. Shokat Akash, Area Coordinator of Hope Care Welfare Foundation. The initiative focused particularly on individuals and families who face financial difficulties in obtaining medical consultations, diagnostic tests, and necessary medicines.

Free Medical Services Provided

During the camp, patients were provided with essential healthcare facilities completely free of cost, including:

• Free medical consultations and general health checkups
• Free medicines according to medical advice
• Free blood sugar testing
• Free BMD (Bone Mineral Density) testing
• Free ultrasound examinations
• Basic health assessments and medical guidance
• Guidance for patients requiring further investigation or specialized treatment

The camp provided local residents with an opportunity to receive medical attention and important diagnostic services without the financial burden associated with private healthcare.

Community Demand for a Free Dispensary

During the medical camp, residents of Ahata Malho and the surrounding area expressed a strong need for a permanent Free Dispensary. Community members highlighted the difficulties faced by low-income families in accessing regular medical consultations, essential medicines, and basic healthcare services.

In response to this need, Hope Care Welfare Foundation aims to explore the establishment of a Free Dispensary in the area, subject to the availability of funding, medicines, medical equipment, healthcare professionals, and donor support.

A permanent dispensary could enable deserving patients to receive basic medical consultations and essential medicines on a continuing basis rather than depending solely on periodic medical camps.
